The work service for VDF delivered by INDAMAX can be executed in different ways:
Directly in the field
Laboratory facilities
In this work, inspection of the equipment and subsequent disassembly of the unit is carried out, static measurements are carried out on its components and tests on the power source, the fan of each VDF is checked and the capacitor banks are measured. A preliminary test is carried out, while the spare parts requested abroad are awaited, to later carry out a complete Maintenance which includes changes of paste and parts. Then the unit is assembled and finally the equipment is delivered to the customer, which depending on the workplace may be delivered to the person in charge on the ground, as well as being repaired at INDAMAX facilities, the equipment is delivered to the customer either in our own laboratory or in the customer plant, since we have vehicles and trucks that allow the transfer of large equipment.
On the other hand, we are constantly planning work for General Plant Shutdowns, where, together with our staff, we go to Arauco and CMPC plants to perform preventive maintenance on their equipment. This work we have carried out for several years to our clients already mentioned.
